When Ashley and Marty Esposito talk about their life in Babcock Ranch, it’s clear they didn’t just build a business. They built it on years of hard work, resilience, and a shared belief in doing things the right way, even when it wasn’t the easy way.

Their story started as teenagers. By 2005, they were already building a life together, moving into their first apartment and figuring things out side by side long before careers, business ownership, or the life they have today ever took shape.

Work ethic was never something they had to learn later in life. It was already part of who they were. Both Ashley and Marty started working at just 14 years old, and for Ashley, that drive started even earlier. At just 10 years old, she was cleaning neighbors’ homes and babysitting, already showing the entrepreneurial spirit that would later shape so much of their future.

“I’ve always had that mindset of wanting to build something of my own,” Ashley said. That mindset stayed with her through the years, from eventually owning her own cleaning business to spending a decade in property management, learning firsthand what it takes to care for homes and the people in them.

Marty’s path was built just as steadily. With over 25 years in the HVAC industry, he learned the trade from his older brother, a mentor and father figure, after Marty lost his dad at two years old. What started as learning a skill turned into mastering a craft, and along the way, he also built and ran his own handyman business, becoming known for being someone who could fix just about anything. But more importantly, he became known for how he treated people.

Over the years, Marty saw too many homeowners treated like transactions instead of families. “I got tired of seeing people taken advantage of,” he said. “I knew there was a better way.” That belief became the foundation for Air Docs. A company built on honesty, education, and trust, where customers aren’t rushed, pressured, or left in the dark.

Instead, they’re walked through what’s going on in their home, given real options, and treated the way you’d treat a neighbor. Because in Babcock Ranch, that’s exactly what they are.

But their journey isn’t just about business. It’s about family. After more than 10 years of trying to have a child, Ashley and Marty welcomed their daughter, Cianna Reign, through IVF — a moment that changed everything. “She’s our miracle,” Ashley shared. “After everything it took to have her, you just see life differently.” That perspective of gratitude, patience, and not taking anything for granted is something they carry into both their family life and their business every day.

In 2020, they were deciding between Cape Coral and Babcock Ranch. The decision didn’t take long. “We came to visit, and it just felt different,” they said. “It felt like a hometown you’d see in the movies. People outside, waving, kids riding bikes… it just felt right.”

In that moment, they knew this is where they wanted to raise their family. It wasn’t just about buying a house. It was about choosing a lifestyle.  And today, it’s where they’ve built not just a home, but a life deeply rooted in community.

While Marty brings decades of hands-on experience and craftsmanship, Ashley brings the creativity, connection, and vision that has helped grow the business into what it is today. Together, they balance each other in a way that just works. “He’s the hands, I’m the heart behind the brand,” Ashley said. “But at the core, we care about people the same way.”

What started as a local service has grown into a trusted name in Babcock Ranch fueled by neighbors supporting neighbors, referrals, and relationships built on trust.

“The support here means everything to us,” they said. “We wouldn’t be where we are without this community.”

When they’re not working, they’re doing what matters most. Spending time together as a family. You’ll find them cruising the neighborhood in their golf cart, at the pool or beach with Cianna, attending community events, or catching Marty on Wednesday nights playing cornhole with the Babcock Baggers. And if you didn’t know, both Ashley and Marty have a creative side. Marty is naturally artistic… whether it’s drawing, building things with his hands, music freestyle, or cooking-where he’s known to impress just as much in the kitchen as he is on the job.

Ashley shares that same creativity, always finding ways to bring ideas to life, whether through business, design, crafting or baking sweets for the community when she has time.

Because for them, this isn’t just about running a business. It’s about building something meaningful. Something their daughter can look up to. Something their community can trust. Something they can be proud of. And in many ways, that’s exactly what their story represents. Not just starting from the ground up. Not just building a business; But building a life together.
