About the owner
Mandy Carter is a Babcock resident since 2022, business owner, and single mom of two who understands firsthand what it takes to juggle everything while trying to grow something of your own.
After years of working in marketing across both large brands and small businesses, she saw a common struggle… most business owners know they need marketing, but don’t have the time, clarity, or support to do it consistently.
That’s where Mandy Does Marketing was built differently. Not as an agency with layers and handoffs, but as a direct, personal approach to helping business owners simplify their marketing and finally feel confident in how they show up.

In the community
Mandy is actively involved in the Babcock community and deeply connected to the people who live here.
She serves as the Event Chair for the annual Derby Gala, helping raise funds each year for Art and Music programs at Babcock Schools. She was also the founding coach who partnered with the HOA recreation team to bring Girls on the Run to the community.
Today, Mandy is the Cross Country Coach at Babcock High School and was a founding member of the Babcock Ranch Rotary Club. Her kids are also involved in the Community Church Youth Group, keeping their family closely connected to the heart of the community.
