About the owner
Cameron DeJong lives in Babcock Ranch with his partner Jonathan and their three dogs: Decy, Butters, and Penny. After nearly two decades in Fortune 500 sales and marketing, including leadership roles at Verizon Wireless, Cameron founded CamJon Travel in 2019 and made the leap to full-time in 2025. The decision was personal. Cameron and Jonathan fell in love with Virgin Voyages during its inaugural sailing season in 2021 and realized other travelers deserved an advisor who didn’t just book trips but truly knew the product inside and out.
CamJon Travel is now an exclusively Virgin Voyages–focused agency, and Cameron holds Gold Tier First Mate status the highest official advisor designation and was named a Top 100 First Mate in North America for 2025, placing him in the top 1% of over 22,000 advisors

CamJon Travel is proud to be rooted in the Babcock Ranch community. Cameron serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Babcock Chamber and is an active member of the SWFL Rotary, contributing time and resources to local service initiatives throughout Southwest Florida. He also hosts the travel podcast Know Where You Wanna Go, sharing cruise insights and destination stories with listeners and neighbors alike. Being based in Babcock Ranch isn’t just a business address, it’s home. Cameron and Jonathan are invested in this community and love helping fellow residents plan unforgettable vacations.
