Advanced Screen Services is proudly owned and operated by Kevin and Cindy Bradford, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to serving homeowners in Babcock Ranch.
Kevin is a licensed aluminum contractor with over 25 years of hands-on industry experience. He began working in aluminum construction at a young age and has spent decades mastering the craft of building high-quality pool cages, lanai extensions, and custom outdoor enclosures. Kevin is involved in every project, from site layout and engineering coordination to final installation, ensuring each job meets the highest standards.
Cindy manages the day-to-day operations of the business, including customer communication, scheduling, HOA approvals, and project coordination. She works closely with each homeowner to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, from the initial quote all the way through completion.
As residents of Babcock Ranch since 2019, Kevin and Cindy have built their business right in the community they call home. They understand the local HOA requirements, permitting process, and the level of quality homeowners expect.
