Welcome to Babcock Grown, a platform created to highlight and promote resident-owned businesses within the Babcock Ranch community. By purchasing a listing or participating in this platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. About Babcock Grown
Babcock Grown is a marketing and promotional platform operated by Mandy Does Marketing LLC. The purpose of this platform is to provide visibility and awareness for businesses owned by residents of Babcock Ranch.
Babcock Grown is not a referral service, lead generation guarantee, or endorsement platform.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be listed on Babcock Grown, businesses must meet the following criteria:
- The business owner must be a current resident of Babcock Ranch
- The business must be legally registered (Sunbiz or applicable state registration)
- Any required licenses, certifications, or insurance for the business must be current and valid
Babcock Grown reserves the right to verify eligibility and remove any business that does not meet these requirements.
3. Services Provided
Your membership may include:
- A business listing on the Babcock Grown website
- Rotating social media features
- Inclusion in community-focused content or promotions
- Optional add-on features (such as spotlight features or events)
All listings are custom created based on the information you provide.
4. No Guarantees
Babcock Grown provides marketing exposure only.
We do not guarantee:
- Leads
- Sales
- Customer inquiries
- Business growth results
Results may vary based on industry, demand, and engagement.
5. Payments & Billing
- Membership fees are billed either monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan
- Founding member pricing (if applicable) is locked in at the agreed rate unless membership is canceled
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Failure to complete payment may result in removal or suspension of your listing.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services and immediate exposure provided, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time.
- Monthly plans will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- Annual plans will remain active through the full term purchased
**No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
8. Business Responsibility
Each business listed is solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of their information
- Their services, products, and customer interactions
- Maintaining proper licensing, insurance, and compliance
Babcock Grown is not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues between businesses and their customers.
9. Content & Usage
By submitting your business information, logos, or photos, you grant Babcock Grown permission to:
- Use your content for your listing
- Feature your business in marketing materials, social media, and email promotions
- Edit or format content for consistency across the platform
You confirm that you have the right to use and share all submitted materials.
10. Removal & Suspension
Babcock Grown reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing at any time, including but not limited to:
- Violation of eligibility requirements
- Misrepresentation of business information
- Expired licenses or certifications
- Behavior that reflects negatively on the community or platform
11. Platform Changes
Babcock Grown may update, modify, or improve features, pricing, or offerings at any time.
Members will continue to receive the core benefits associated with their plan during their active term.
12. Limitation of Liability
Babcock Grown and Mandy Does Marketing LLC are not liable for:
- Loss of income or business
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Platform interruptions or technical issues
Participation is at your own discretion and risk.
13. Agreement
By purchasing a listing or participating in Babcock Grown, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
