About the owner
Marcus and Stephanie Cohen, owners of Mr. Pressure Power Washing, have proudly served Babcock Ranch since 2020.
Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, they’ve been together for over 20 years and are proud to call this community home.
Marcus served in the Army and later got into pressure washing, learning the trade hands-on. From sealing log cabins in the mountains to cleaning 10,000 sq ft mansions, Marcus has done it all. When they moved here, they started the company with one truck, one trailer, and a goal to build something of their own right here in Babcock Ranch.
They are also parents to three kids growing up in this community, which makes what we do even more meaningful. They do not just work here, they live here, raise their family here, and truly care about the homes and neighbors around them. Over the years, their business has grown through word of mouth and the support of this community.

Stephanie and Marcus don’t just work in this community, they’re deeply rooted in it. As founders of Ranch Mothers of Autistic and Special Needs Children, they’ve created real support for families right here in Babcock Ranch, including events like All Abilities Picnics that bring children and families together in a meaningful way. Our involvement goes beyond words. They’ve been actively involved in Rotary and Kiwanis, and consistently show up to support local families, events, and causes whenever we can. For them, giving back isn’t marketing, it’s part of who we are. This community supports our family, and we make sure to give that same support right back.
